While Drinking

Drink a bottle of Recovery+ while consuming alcohol or after your last drink (but before bed). For those bigger celebrations, feel free to have another bottle later on. Think of it like sunscreen - put some on before you are exposed to the sun, and if you are out all day, you should reapply.

Post Workout

Drink a bottle of Recovery+ 1-2x per week as part of your post workout recovery routine.

We do not recommend taking on an empty stomach as some nausea and/or dizziness may occur. Do not drink more than 1 bottle at a time and we suggest waiting a few hours between bottles to maximize efficacy.  Do not exceed 3 bottles in a day.
